Thrills, chills and hopefully no spills will mark the 14th annual Tips for Kids Sake, an annual fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Johns County, a program of EPIC Community Services. Local Celebrity Waiters take over 16 area restaurants and wait tables for 2 hours and all their tips go to Big Brothers Big Sisters. Add a costume contest to non-experienced Celebrity Waiters and you have a fun and entertaining evening.

Last year, restaurants included: Aqua Grill, Barnacle Bills Beachside, Barnacle Bills Downtown, Bogey Grill, Cobblestones at the Creek, Cortesse's Bistro, Creekside Dinery, Gypsy Bar & Grill, Gypsy Cab Company, Kingfish Grille, Purple Olive, Raintree Restaurant, Saltwater Cowboys, Seafood Kitchen, South Beach Grill and Zhanra's. In 2009, this event will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2009 from 6 to 8 pm.
